dont know about incorrectly addressed mail.i am trying to trace a packet that went back to the sorting office on 22/12/06 with the postie and it has been lost at the sorting office.i dont even know whats in it.(could be the free baileys glasses or a dvd or the green and black chocs so god knows what i will claim for!)this is deffo the posties fault.even got the card!!!price should be going down if this is the service but thats just a personal op and i am alittle vexed at the whole thing.

sorry to be a stickler but the postage just went up!!!!! have we not just all been spending the last month or so trying to figure out the new structure....surely that would have been the right time to do it and keep at that level for a while longer. I guess the softly softly approach was to try and ensure an easy swap for the system and we will see regular increases now

This should mean that standard compensation goes up to £34 from £32 as well, since it is based on 100x the price of a 1st class stamp.
