I cannot believe I am writing this. LLOYDSTSB ARE FANTASTIC. Long story short- in response to my request to make 0% balance transfer, they mistakenly did it twice-in fact they were actually trying to a third time. It has taken a week but GARY has refunded the two balance transfer fees and given me £50 AND given me a longer period of interest free.
Yes I know it was their mistake and it has taken a week of very long phone calls BUT I AM HAPPY.

Glad to hear it. I recently moved to Lloyds TSB and am extremely satisfied with the service they deliver - so far with consistency too! How refreshing....
