ASOS returns

Hi,

I have returned my items on 16th june by collect plus and on 19th june i have checked the sorting saying it is
Sorted at Droitwich

now i have contacted collect plus on 23th that after this to why the status has not updated yet

Reply from collect plus:
Good Morning,

Thank you for your email.

I can confirm that the last scan you see is our sortation centre. The parcels are all sorted there then forwarded on to ASOS.

All of the ASOS parcels are placed in to a container and then forwarded on within the next few days.

I can confirm that ASOS will have this parcel but they have not contacted you.

I do now advise you to contact them in regards to your refund.

Sorry for any inconvience caused.

Kind Regards,

Kellie

I never understood how can they confirm and what type of tracking is this, never updated after 19th june.

Hi,

I have been in touch with asos regarding my return and here what they have said (i have copied your correspondence with asos too) please advise.

Thanks for getting in touch.
I have checked your tracking and can see that your parcel is currently on it's way back to us.
Please could we ask that you allow until 30/06/11 for your return to be received back in our warehouse.
If on the unlikely occassion you have not received confirmation of return by 30/06/11 please do not hesitate to get back in touch and we shall investigate this further for you.
All the best,

Asos

This is very disappointing, the status update should be showing as delivered when it is actually delivered to asos. Could you please adivse further on this.

Thanks

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for your email.

As I can see from the email ASOS have asked you to wait until 30th June in regards to a response for a refund.

The parcel has been returned back to them.

There is nothing more I can do unfortunately. You will need to deal with this with ASOS now.

Sorry for any inconvience caused.

Kind Regards,

I am so disapointed and upset as last time i have sent returns to asos they processed my refund in 3 days. Its so long , 25th today and no returns confirmation from asos still, i am sure collect plus have lost the parcel!! what do i do now? i worte to collect plus but after this never got a reply.

Hi,

As per tracking it is still showing as sorted from 19th june and no other status update on this. Where usually tracking service means up to date tracking and if this was delivered it should have written as delivered.

In your earlier email you said I can confirm that ASOS will have this parcel but they have not contacted you.

Do you have a proof and how can you confirm this where the tracking hasnt been updated yet?

I have been using ASOS from 2 years and i can CONFIRM they always process refund the same day...if i return parcel today..days after it is processed.

I have also used your service before, sent on thursday and processed on friday.

ASOS dont normally take longer to process refund if they have already have it back.

Also the tracking system of yours is not understandable. This doesnt prove it is delivered and This has put me off from using your service again.

Thanks

What can i do as i have tracking number and if i didnt receive any confirmation by 30th, will i be getting a refund on my returned items?

Thanks

What the flipping 'eck is a "sortation centre?" :rotfl:

I think you should wait until the thirtieth of June and see what happens,
The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark
