Anyone else having problems with TMobile billing on this deal?
They charged me for delivery - I phoned up because delivery is supposed to be free for online orders and they said they'd cancel it - but it still went through for whole amount. Thought it might be taken off next bill...
Now have next bill and it looks like they're changing me for internet access - but Samsung galaxy apollo is supposed to have free access (up to 500Mb). I seem to remember on web site it said something like 'a phone like this needs constant Web access, so we will include it for free and you can choose a different booster'...
Haven't called them yet as away with work, but just interested if other have encountered this?0 -

I was charged for data and they have corrected it.
My direct debit has gone through for this month and despite the bill being wrong on my T Mobile it has gone through at £5.21 so it looks like everything has been sorted to the proper price now.
I just hope the cashabck comes through in a couple of months or less and then I can port my no from my other phone as I have waited in case porting it cancels the cashback.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I've just noticed that my cashback has been declined - I ordered 2 x £80 Apollos - however they were out of stock and I ended up with 2 x LG Optimus - has anyone else had theirs declined as well?

Hi Sally, the Apollos were out of stock for me too and I was offered the Samsung Galaxy Ace, which I accepted - and yes, mine declined a few weeks after it tracked too.I've raised a claim with Quidco and am keeping my fingers tightly crossed.

Hi Sal - I ended up with the Optimus as well and my cashback was declined straight away, I raised a claim with them weeks ago and they advised they were waiting to hear from the retailer - still not heard anything yet and don't hold out much hope so needless to say I am a bit peeved! Hope you have better luck.If life gives you lemons, make lemonade.;)0
