Mine still shows as tracked. Originally ordered the Samsung but got an Optimus.
I understood that it would not affect my cashback.
The deal though was through a page that was a Quidco/t-mobile page, so I think they would find it harder to decline the cashback on this one because it was a specific deal and I would accept it as part of the deal, however much they tried to wriggle out of it. I suspect it is just an error, I had to phone about my first bill being wrong, I suspect it is just another case of T-mobile not being sure what they are doing.0 -
I'v waited up to 5 months for T-Mobile to pay out via Quidco before but over the past 18 months iv had £360 from T-Mobile/Quidco so hopefully you will all get it soon!
If they have declined your cashback then raise a cashback claim!:dance:Quidco Payments In 2011 - £724.21

found this on quidco - hth!!
Terms & Conditions- Due to unprecendented demand for the Free Android handset for under £5 the advertised Samsung Galaxy Apollo handset is now out of stock. However, T-mobile will continue to offer the deal with a different Android handset - the LG Optimus One. To get this deal, complete the the Samsung Apollo offer online as normal, and then T-mobile will contact you to offer you the alternative handset. Accepting this offer by phone will not interfere with your cashback.
- Cashback is only available to new customers, not including upgrades
- Cashback will not be awarded until the SIM has been active for 3 months.
I'm playing all the right notes, just not necessarily in the right order!0 -

Can I ask when you purchased your Galaxy Ace? I too was offered this one and accepted it as I didn't want the two alternatives to the Apollo, and was told by T-Mobile that this would be ok and they confirmed I would still receive the cashback. Mine tracked fine but was then declined nearly 3 weeks later.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -
I got the Apollo and my cashback has been declined
