PPI reclaims put on hold by judicial review

Since the banks decided to drop their appeal against the result of the judicial review and the subsequent modifications to the guidelines about the length of time to resolve a complaint has anyone had any further communication from the banks?
I am waiting for a response from HSBC and Lloyds TSB and have heard nothing from either since before the judicial review.
I am aware that with the relaxing of the timescales to resolve a complaint the following was imposed:
"Strict conditions have been imposed on the temporary time extensions; the firms with the temporary time extension will have to:
keep PPI complainants and their customers fully informed; and
provide the FSA with regular reports on compliance."
Has anyone been kept fully informed since the appeal was dropped? I for one have had nothing

If your not receiving updates, email the Chief Executive officer (CEO) of that business.

Keep at them, fingers crossed. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Lloyds TSB sent me a letter today, telling me that my claim would be dealt with by the 31st of August at the latest. Also recieved the standard 'we are still working on your claim' letter after the JR had finished. Definitely worth chasing them up.2018 wins: Hong Kong holiday0

I received one as well in today's post, yet mine was recently resolved, it was put in before Xmas 2010, and I even received the refund into my account just a few days ago after accepting and signing the acceptances in May.
So it looks like these letters are automatically being sent out to all complained. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Not half hour after posting this morning I did actualy receive one of the very same letters as mentioned above from Lloyds TSB.
Has the same been received by anyone from HSBC?0 -
HSBC have had an extension.... check their site. Before you ask, yes, I work for a bank, but no, I didn't get a bonus!0

I'm well aware that HSBC have had an extension to deal with the complaints but one of the conditions of being granted the extension was that they communicate with the customer about the progress. My point was that despite this condition I haven had this communication and am seeking to establish if I have been missed out or if HSBC just haven't sent any letters yet.0
