There are countless threads on this type of procedure and the guys giving the advice are landlords, solicitors etc and it's all free (until you start the evicition process that is!)
Good luck0 -

As much as I would like to evict them ourselves we had better play it by the book to hopefully avoid any repurcussions - don't want to upset people more than we have to! We have got the forms ready to go but can't serve them until the 4th - the day after they should have gone.
Has anyone ever used an eviction service where you pay a company to do the dirty work? Some guarantee eviction in 4-6 weeks but obviously charge a fair whack for this.
You can do it yourself..Contact your local magistrates court and ask them for the necessary forms.
You (should) be after mandatory repossession (accelerated proceedure) under Section 21 forms. In addition you may want to complete recovery of rent under Section 8 forms also...but this is a judgement if you think you might ever actually see any money. They (The Court) have a customer service team who will guide you thorugh completing the forms and (in my experience) are very helpful for a novice. It is scary, but you can do it. They cannot, however, give you legal advice.
If you join the NLA (National Landlord's Association, annual fee £70) they have a free helpline and you can download all sorts of helpful stuff and talk to people who can guide you through all the legal stuff.
In my opinion, this is the cheapest way to get possession of your property with professional advice...I'm not saying the CAB advice isn't professional but I'm not sure how au fait they are with all the legal DETAILS..and the devil is in the detail here.
I have done it myself all the way through and it isn't that scary in reality
Good luck
Don't be tempted to just turf them out...not only is it illegal but they will then have the right to sue you. Anyone who recommends this type of action is reprehensible, renegade and gives being a landlord a bad name....in my opinion. The only thing to do with good advice is to pass it on. It is never of any use to oneself. (Oscar Wilde);)0 -

Those are my principles. If you don't like them, I have others.
I have writer's block - I can't begin to tell you about it.
You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.
