I find the whole thing has become pointless.. often 85 officers turn up to arrest a 19 year old kid on a moped without an L-Plate and he just gets let off anyway.

Be a lot cheaper just to send a mailshot to every male in the county saying 'if you do something illegal the chief constable says "well don't its really bad!" and if the prosecution service ever let us we would punish you.. you have been told'

Did you see it? not far off...

2 panda's, 1 van, 1 traffic car and 1 unmarked car and 4 officers with tazers to pull in a bloke for spitting on someone (OK the bloke was a lowlife and he did have a violence marker on his file) but c'mon on! any more and someone would have set up a burger van and a marque!
