So date went quite well. Not sure how much I particularly fancy the guy - but reckon he might be a grower... I'm stupidly fussy which is probably one of the reasons I'm single! He has a lovely voice, and we've quite a few things in common. He has a good job and seems like a nice person. We get on really well, he called me twice before the date, and we spent 1h30 and 2h30 on the phone! So we gas a lot
. Went for a lovely walk in the sunshine, then to a pub for a drink and ended up having a meal too. The pub was amzing, the owners were lovely, it was a real find.... He said he'd call me after (the date, not the owner..), so will see where things go...
Paid off my Natwest card! Will cancel it when I get back after the weekend. So the mystery shop company that owed me lots paid me today and I redid the maths. I calculated that I was still around £1800 in debt?! I redid the maths again and again, and could not work out how I was in more debt, I wondered whether I'd forgotten something, no idea what was going on, and was really panicking. Then i realised that I was being a complete moron, and I'd forgotten all about a regular saver I have set up which doesn't appear on my online banking. Doh! There's £1750 in that account, so I only needed another £55..... scrapped through all my accounts, - and guess what:
I'm offically debt free!! In fact I have a whole £0.26 in actual, real-life savings.
Lots of smiles today0 -
