Oh for goodness sake. It's got nothing to do with the Rightmove pictures.Been away for a while.0

The white waste pipe at the front looks like a botched plumbing job. Has it been like this since the house was new?
Why is the neighbour's fence a nicely-stained shade of brown, yet yours is weathered grey? This adds to the unloved look.....
What on earth would you do if the summerhouse wasn't included in the sale? Will it fit in the removal van?0 -

Duh. It's the price and a slow market.Been away for a while.0

all the more reason to get the photos right then. In a slow market you have to do the best you can with what you have. I can't comment on the price as I said earlier so perhaps that is a problem for seller, although including an office( with photos) must be an advantage.weight loss target 23lbs/49lb0

I'd say spray the grass green out the front but some nice plant tubs might be a better idea.
The conservatory is grotty from the road side.
And is that oil on the block paving.
Wait for a nice day - tomorrow and take exterior photos. Get the lighting right on interior ones - plus declutter like crazy.
I'd want to see photos inside the office thing as it's a huge selling point - but the EA wording is ambiguous. Can you really move it easily if you don't get the price you want? (I'd price up moving it before you think about leaving it)
Weed the paved area in the back. Put all toys away whilst you take photos and get the lawn mown.
If you've weedkilled round the edges then I'd create flower borders and get to the shops and put some bedding plants in to make it look a bit more of a non-child garden... Just to get rid of the yelllow edges as they look horrid.
Does the outside fence need painting?0 -
I just bought a house that was for sale on RM but had no photos - but was right price & right location, went for a viewing and made an offer.0

Spray the grass green? Is that something people actually do?? Can you get a product specifically for that purpose?

Oh yes indeed! There's videos of it on youtube - not sure it's available here in the UK but I was only looking at it cos it was funny.0 -
Thankyou.... Most of the suggestions were on my to-do list but a few things I hadn't thought of. (like the waste pipe- always been there and the same as the neighbours so not a botched job but I will try and paint it!) and clean the block paving.
The company we bought the office from will move it, not sure how much they charge but we've decided to leave it now, it must be a selling point, surely. a couple of the houses we are interested in already have outbuildings we could use so probably won't need to take it anyway.0
