Anybody having trouble logging into natwest online banking?

Options
Hi, is anybody else having trouble logging into there online banking with natwest, i have not been able to log on for a couple of days now, sometimes i can get the first page up, sometimes even make it to the second page of passwords, and once made it to the 3rd page, but every time i try eventually it just redirects to a key facts page, regarding using the back buttons on the browser, even though i never use the back buttons on the browser when i am on my banks website, i was thinking it may be a browser problem but if it is it must be a strange one, as i have tried it with both internet explorer and safari, both with the same result, does anyone hae any ideas?

TIA
Take every day as it comes!!

I've been in twice today, although when I've logged in the last couple of days, there has been a page about the new 24 hour online help, but I just press continue and it goes to my accounts as normal

This is getting ridiculus now, been nearly a week since i was last able to log on to my online banking, not even sure it is my pc now, as i have a laptop which has not been used for months, just turned it on now, and i get the same message on there as i do on my pc, the message is as follows:-

    Key Facts

Browser navigation tools have been disabled within our online banking services for security reasons - please use the navigation buttons provided within the service.
If you have received this message:-
After using the back button, or you have a third party tool bar installed, please try shutting down and restarting the browser.
If, however, you have received this message after:-
    • selecting a link in an email sent to you
    • or following a page that has asked you for your full PIN and Password,
Please call the NatWest online banking Helpdesk on 0845 605 0789 (+ 44 8702 430 464 if dialling from overseas), quoting reference FR8592. Lines are open 24 hours a day.
Remember that we will never ask you to supply your complete PIN and Password in order to access our online banking service - we only ever ask you for parts of your PIN and Password.

But i cant understand why i get it, as i dont use the the back button on the browser when trying to access online banking, and never attempt to get into my account by clicking on a link in a email etc, i go to the same page i have always gone to, do exactly as i have been doing for over a year now, except it wont let me on, anybody got any ideas?

I have just reset my homehub, and that seems to have done the trick, strange as i have done that before, and it did not make any difference
