Hi,
I have my house for sale, and am not in too much of a hurry to sell, but have seen a house i want. Just out of curiosity i contacted a few of these quickbuy companies. One contacted me and advised that they do a 60/40 split on the equity, so i could get 60% of it now, they rent/keep the property for 10 years, then sell and you get your 40%!!
Now i'm not daft, and know that the company could fold etc in this time, the possible problems are many. But i wondered, has anyone had any dealings with these type of companies???

Consensus on here is that they are all scammers. Treat them as if every word they say is a lie, including 'and' and 'the'.Retired in 2015.
