Urgent B&Q Customers Cardiff
Hi has anyone received a 2 page letter in the post today from a annonymous person WARNING about the installation of Kitchens etc & how the fitters are not skilled etc etc. I take it its from a very disgruntled fitter but I'm not happy as this was posted to us via Royal Mail, surely our details are in breach of Data Protection with B&Q.
We had a kitchen installed by them 2 years ago & yes it was a nightmare and last month a bedroom installed which was fine.
Going to have a think over the weekend to decide what to do!
