You well know that those "penalties" are illegal under contract law. That's why they don't have to be paid. It's not just us on here that are saying that, PPCs have lost several court cases when the judge has ruled that the sums demanded amount to a penalty, and has thrown out the case.

They are not "rightly making it" are they? They are conning people into paying illegal penalty charges. As I said before, if you have to pay to park then all well and good, nobody disputes that. It's those penalties for breaking their rules that we object to.

Click my username and read all the posts I've made - there are many that support people paying the parking fees and NOT parking in the incorrect places - but don't let facts cloud your statements !
