Well sorry but I do.
Asda parking is free here anyway......provided you know where to park and obey the RULES......!!
Park anywhere you like, I really dont care, just dont come whining on here about who gets the money they make on penalty charges......!!!
You well know that those "penalties" are illegal under contract law. That's why they don't have to be paid. It's not just us on here that are saying that, PPCs have lost several court cases when the judge has ruled that the sums demanded amount to a penalty, and has thrown out the case. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

So if all the parking charges issued are not paid, why come on here moaning what is happening with all the money they rightly make??????

Yes they are rightly making it, both in my opinion and in theirs.....
DONT BREAK THEIR RULES THEN......!!!
SIMPLES............!!!
No sympathy from me here, so stroll on.0 -

You said disapproval ..that has been posted on many occasions particularly with regard to misuse of disabled spaces ...but I don't expect you to mention that as the only "facts" you care to use are the ones you like (or make up) just like PPCs !
Bye bye TROLL :rotfl:
So, because you can't answer the questions, accuse them of being a troll, not much of an advance on being an employee of a parking company, is it?
Again, where are all the posts telling people they shouldn't have parked in the disabled bays and parent and child parking? The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0 -

But you don't answer the questions nor do you put forward a defensible argument.
Click my username and read all the posts I've made - there are many that support people paying the parking fees and NOT parking in the incorrect places - but don't let facts cloud your statements !All aboard the Gus Bus !0
