Egg - resubmitting DD?

I missed a payment due to insufficient funds being in the account and have had a message to say that they are resubmitting the payment request.
However I've had alot (to put it mildly) of calls off their collection dept.
Do I make the payment manually or do I wait for them to try and collect it again ? (Can't afford to make a double payment,lol!)
