    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    They took £10 from my account to verify my ID which I though was a little odd..

    But they said my application was approved... BUT i diddnt get any emails from them :-((

    Woke up in da morning and had an email saying that the money was in my account. Got my username and password for online managing etc...

    Borrowed £2500 and still repaying it

    To be honest, it was quite good service, fast money transfer, good customer service... overall: a great loans company

    I would recommend to anyone...

    i applied with this company and got declined about 3 months ago so i dont know if it was registered on a diffrent server? got email 2 weeks ago to say i could apply again,witch is what i have done but the site has had problems with its I.T?
    i am hopeing it is not a con?
    has any one got any prof that this site trust loans is a con i would like to hear if you have.

    Self praise is no recommendation! For someone to have to use that sort of name is in itself worrying!
    29th June -Beginning Credit Score 422 :( £2575
    12th July - Credit score 471 :p
    22nd August - Credit Score 550 :p Still very poor just but only just!
    Remaining to pay off: £1370.95
