Do you not think there is ever such a tiny chance they might be fibbing??
Even on the Internet people can, on occasion, not tell you the truth.0 -
Thanks, thought it was a bit jackanory, and don't worry I didn't ask for a callback or give any details.0

lucky escape..if only more would come on here and ask.It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -

LOL.
From their website: "No obligation Loans."
Does that mean punters who take out a loan aren't obligated to repay it? :j0 -
Looking at the website, it appears they even run a TV advert.
It probably runs at 3am on some obscure Sky channel that gets 100 viewers every day.0 -
I have had a quick look and it say's they are regulated by the FSA?
Of course that doesn't mean they are OK but just an observation !0 -

Their registered number is: 7324100
Oddly the same number as:
https://www.paydayfirst.co.uk/money/
and
http://www.moneyresolve.com/debtmanagement/
and
http://www.onesysfinancial.co.uk/group/
Whereas Companies House believes that number to belong to:
Equifinance Ltd
Name & Registered Office:
EQUIFINANCE LIMITED
COPPER HOUSE
88 SNAKES LANE EAST
WOODFORD GREEN
ESSEX
ENGLAND
IG8 7HX
Company No. 07324100
The bottom line is that they can write any old carp on their Website. It doesn't mean it is true.

I have another look and I can see exactly what they will do ...
You apply for the loan at 8.5% and I would think an APR as low as that hardly anyone would be successful
You get declined, but hey guess what?! you can buy our credit repair service for £99 where they will repair your credit status by at least 30%? ( hmmm !)
You are then still not good enough but our sister company can help you http://www.equifinance.co.uk where if you wanted to borrow £3k over 5 years you will pay it back at a whopping interest rate of 60.1% APR and end up paying back £9522!!!!0
