i wondered who they were, they have been calling my home number 2-3 times a day. Im off work at the moment (due to anxiety & depression) and reading the comments i can see id only get worse with their attitude and harassment
thing is i have blocked their number on my land line, yet their calls still get through. the number is the same all the time, so how are they managing to get through to my number if its blocked?(ive checked the blocked list and they are def on the list). I have the cab dealing with all my debts, so will be letting them know these guys are harassing me, for god knows what (prob Paypal as due them a whopping £12!!lol)

I'd like to set up a DD with these guys but do not want to speak to them via the phone. Does anyone have a contact email/postal address for them?
I'm getting calls but haven't had any letters so have no other way to contact them at the moment.0 -

Unless you receive something in writing, then ignore them.
If they allege you have a debt with them, then the only way they can legally ask you to pay it, is by letter.
No other form of contact counts legally.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
