How long until I get my Co op card reader thingie?

I opened an account with Co op a few weeks ago & have received pin & card - but no card reader as yet. Does this normally take a while to get?
I haven't set up anything for the account as yet because of this - but I'm very keen to get my internet banking set up..any one have any thoughts?

I have a Flex account with Nationwide and I went into the branch and he gave me mine there and then.
I would phone the Co-Up up and ask for one to be sent out.0 -

You need to call and register for internet banking - 08457 212 212 - they will then send you one.0 -
Just to update - after NUMEROUS phone calls, I have today just received my card reader from the Co op. My account was opened in May & it's now 22 Aug - so please be warned that although the Co op may be an ethical bank - they are freakin S-L-O-W!!0
