Seiko Watches - fakes or bargain?

I am looking to buy a Seiko watch from Ebay from one of the many sellers listed. The thing is these items are so cheap it just arouses your suspicions.
The sellers say they are 100% genuine, brand new etc - clever wording?. Some of these items are boxed some not, second quality, customer returns?. I don't know, really want to snap up a bargain so if you have any information on these watch sellers who generally have great feedback I would be grateful for your replies.

a friend of mine sells new and absolutely genuine seiko watches. he advertises on ebay but also has his own website: https://www.thewatchplace.co.uk - i've seen some of his watches and they really are lovely and the real thing!! the prices aint that bad either - and take a look at his 100% feedback HERE0
