I sent an email on the 22nd to your email address quoted here in your profile. My email prog tells me it was read fairly quickly after I had sent it.
However, I have had no acknowledgement that the matter is being investigated. Can you tell me if it is, and when I am likely to receive an answer.
Alternatively, I'll use the contact us option on your website but there does not seem to be an option for complaint. Which option should I use for the quickest response.
I don't wish to phone as there is too much detail and have already phoned twice and not received resolution.
