Need to sell house asap

Can anyone recommend a reputable comapny that will buy my house asap?
I understand I am going to lose money but I have personal reasons to why I need such a quick sale.
I have heard about these rip off merchants who change there offer at the last minute.
Any help would be most appreciated.

They will all pay you way under market value - not just 'under', I mean around 65-75% of its worth. Why don't you just drop the price significantly with an EA. Even if you knock 15% off the asking price, it won't be half as much as these 'buy now' companies.

Agree with the above, get it on with a good agent that has got a good amount of cash buyers on their books, Put the property on for a competitive price and hopefull you will sell.
Genuine cash buyers can get things done very quickly, once you have someone in place to buy, all the legals could be tied up in two/three weeks.
Or to further increase your chances, stick it multi agency, you will pay a higher fee, but you should give yourself the best chance of finding a buyer.
DOn't go with a company that buys your house for Cash.0 -
As above - any company that offers quick purchases will rip-you off - that is their business model.
Go and speak to a few Estate Agents and tell them you need a quick sale, they will have a list of local investors that they can forward the details to. They will pay less than market price and you'll have to pay the EA their fee, but you're far less likely to end up selling for 60% of Market Value.0 -
Also consider selling via auction if you need a speedy sale.Generation Rent0
