Trustnet problem. Any ideas

I use Trustnet all the time for research etc. Last night it did not work as normal. The Login was different and Logout did not work. In the portfolio section it was not possible to amend anything. If there is anyone out there who uses this site can you suggest what is causing these problem? I have sent them four messages but the ones sent via their site have obviously not arrived as they normally respond quickly. The fourth one was sent via my email system and should arrive. If this is the wrong place for this request for help please advise where I should put it. I have tried to do a system restore but even this did not work the way it did on my old computer. Vista is my OS.
