Hi, don't normally post on here but just wanted to say thanks for the Tesco Price Checker link - had no idea it existed! I seem to always be spending in Tesco's and luckily still have all my receipts from the last week so have just input them all and will see what happens! :j
Me neither!!! I have just gone in and put all our June receipts in!! here's hoping!

Afternoon all,
Bit late today and missed yesterday completely because my internet decided to give up the ghost at work and at home. I think it was a consiracy
Has been a good day today, it's payday and I have managed to clear my credit cards completely for the first time in 10 years. Am pretty chuffed with this although a bit nervous that I have left myself short for spending money for the rest of the month. It's well budgeted and I think I just need to be disciplined and I should be able to make it. Fingers crossed!
So my list for today was/is:
[STRIKE]
Check Banking & transfer money to spending account
Clear Natwest card £156
Clear Santander card £770
Pay £100 to saver account for overdraft fund
Update Spreadsheet
Fill car with petrol
Book train tickets for Edinburgh trip in August
Work hard at work and stay positive
Free lunch at work[/STRIKE]
Free dinner at parent's tonight
Buy 8 pre-paid riding lessons to last the month £152 saving me £40.
[STRIKE]
Cancel all day horse ride planned for tomorrow as too costly.
[/STRIKE]
That's all from me, mixed feelings about the plastic, not sure it has quite sunk in yet. My mum is buying some prosecco for us to celebrate tonight, very sweet of her.
Hope everyone is having a happy Friday xxDebts at Highest £18600Overdraft £550/£900Egg Loan currently £6253Credit cards - GONE AGAIN as of 26/07/11THIS TIME IT'S FOR REAL!Aiming for DFD 26/01/20120 -
Not much going on MSE today
DD1's assembly and then school fayre. So £15 spent at school fayre. Though that included hotdogs for the kids so they didnt need a late tea!
Only worked 11-3 today :j
Found a little gift to put in my work collegues wedding card. We agreed no gifts as our weddings were 8 weeks apart and we were both asking for money so it seemed pointless. At the summer fayre their was the fused glass lady i know (OH and i want to do a workshop with her) and we bought a little clear glass rectangle about 5cm by 3cm with a red fused heart in the middle. Just a little thing to put in their card - £3 so a nice price.
Looking after my baby nieve this evening - will bank me a babysitting favour with my bro
Qucik shower this morning
Sent off cartridges to Mr T's
Arranged day of for revision next week
Lunch from stores
Free cup of tea at assembly!
That was me!!
Will post earlier tomorrow i hope xxxOrange Fairy

Hi all
Had a rather lax few days on the DFW front but certainly made up for it these last two days!- Bought reconditioned injectors for my wife's car - £110 for a set of four! Brand new they were £400! If we couldn't source cheap injectors we were going to let the car go as it was not worth pumping a small fortune into, so we're pleased

- Banked two Musicmagpie cheques into my savings account
- Accepted a focus group for Tuesday - £40 for two hours' work!
- I also volunteered to make lunch for the office this week as a thanks for everyone's hard work, so orange stickered eggs and wraps from Co-Op meant very cheap Huevos Rancheros at lunchtime!
- Now to sit in and watch TV with my wife who isn't very well, so a cheap night in for me too!
