Thank you for your interest.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deal with any more applications for tickets this close to the event. If you have been lucky enough to get tickets, we look forward to seeing you at Silverstone on 20th and 21th August.
Regards
World Series by Renault
PS: Don't forget, children under 16 do not require a ticket, but must be accompanied by an adult.

Boo all gone!
Whilst I'm not doubting the previous posters who state they where unable to get tickets
think its more to do with a poor Renault web site
a) the initial emails only got sent out very late on Thursday evening, these where for Renault registered members
b) a number of people reported problems both logging into the site & trying to go through the process of getting the tickets, even I had problems (I just re-registered to get my tickets)
c) late Friday afternoon, tickets where available on the Renault world seris (Silverstone) page
d) there's something like 140,000 people attended this over each weekend I've been (3 times), can't imagine 140,000 tickets have gone in just under 2 1/2 days
good to see posters on HUKD now reporting being successful in getting tickets again0 -
i've never been before what sort of racing goes on and do you need to pay for anything once you're through the ticket barrier? except the obvious stalls etc.
thanks0 -
got a confirmation email last night to say i had been successful.
last time we went, which was about 5 years ago i think when it was at donnington, the only thing you had to pay for was food, the fun fair was free. we took a pack up and the only thing i bought was ice cream which cost me £10 for the 5 of us (ouch!)0 -

There are a few different formula's racing throughout the weekend, Sat is Quali and a few races, sunday is the main race day. Formula's are

Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0

Eurocup Clio (same forumla as supports the BTCC)

There`s alos loads of stuff to see around the track, there`s a Classic Renault parade around the track at various points throughout the day and also they blast round the Renault F1 car a few times. That sounds amazing and makes me giggle like a little girl every time it goes past :-)0 -
what parking like there and does it cost as their might be 4 of us in 3 cars due to living at different end of the country.0

Just applied and got an email saying tickets will be sent in the next 6 weeks. Gonna have to book time off work to go and asked a couple of race fan mates if they fancy it, just would like reassuring that im likely to get tickets (dont really want to book time off if im not going to get them) Assuming aswell you will be assigned tickets for 1 day and not the weekend?!
Thanks OP love motorsport only managed to see a proper race day once in germany, was a great day and if i get these i will be chuffed to bits!
