    Same for me. Reapplied and said had already applied for 4 tickets and couldn't do it again. So assume all ok.

    I have clicked the purple box filled out the details, clicked submit and it was coming up with a technical error so i clicked back to re do and filled in the form again, clicked submit and it said

    " You have already applied for four tickets. Due to the high demand, we have limited the number of tickets to four per household. Should you require additional tickets, please email us at [EMAIL="wsr@gatepost.net"]wsr@gatepost.net[/EMAIL]
    explaining the reasons for your additional requirement. We will respond to your request within the next five working days. Remember, children under 16 do not need a ticket to get into the event but must be accompanied by an adult. "


    SO do they email you or send you tickets?? I assumed i would get a email immediately or something but there is nothing in my email box so wondering have i def got tickets?

    I got an email pretty much straight away confirming tickets saying I'll get hem withing the next 6 weeks. The tickets are sent out in the post
  • Rubbish website that, I already have a myRenault account and would it let me use those details or give me the link? Had to regsiter with a different emal address!

    And then when app went in it gave tech error. Not sure if got or not as no confirmation mail has come through. I might sell my Megane Sport Hatch now after this fiasco!!!

    I must be really blind because I can't see a purple box anywhere. I try to log-in/register and nothing happens :S

    ETA: I wasn't blind but after signing out and now signing in again I have a different page complete with a purple box!! Thanks!

    I had same problem, I was signed in and went back to homepage and there it was. Hope you can find it.

    Click "MyRenault Home" and the link to tickets is on the right hand side in a purple box.

    yeah i got that, then when i tried again it said i ahad already applied nad would hear within 5 days! fingers crossed
