Oh I do hope someone can help.

I love this site but absolutely hate the balloons that pop up when I hover over each thread on this site. I dont seem to get it anywhere else.

Is this curable?

    don't think so, it's VBulletin (think that's the one) thing.
    I like it myself as i can have a quick peek to decide if i want to read the thread

    Yeah I know what you mean but after about 5mins it gets really irritating.

    Actually, if you keep your mouse cursor to the left it doesn't pop up

    Why hover over the thread title unless you want to see them?

    you don't have to hover over the title, if your mouse is to the right of the thread title it'll still show it.

    yep, the momentary pop up i don't think u can do much about ; pretty sure there is not a settings option available in any of the browsers...i think it's purely reliant on vBulletin forum software.

    If you hover to the left then it doesn't pop up. It also doesn't happen for me when using Firefox. Personally I like it :)

    They only appear if you hover in the Thread/Thread Starter column - hover your mouse to the left or right of this column to avoid them.
