For £2.00 its cheap, we will try and refill with other hand soaps. The best thing about this product is that my kids have never had such clean hands, they love it!0

Errr I can buy what I like! The refills are more expensive than the entire unit plus there's the batteries but you're saying that I should leave the cheaper MSE option on the shelf for someone else to buy?
I got given a couple of these as a Christmas present (bit of a joke present as I'm an OCD clean freak), and I cut a small hole in the top of them and filled them up with Tesco 8p shower gel. All works fine0 -
my other half some how (drilled a hole into top of refill bottle) attached the spout/nozzle off a 1 litre Robinsons cordial bottle, glued it with silicon! so we can pour any soap into it i.e radox
lol.
He was feeling very diyie that day, he said though in theory you wouldn't really need to attach the spout with screw lid as you could just drill a hole & pour in your refill as needed0 -
I got one just cos it sounded fun. Can see how useful it would be for shampoo in the shower - but for hand washing?
Surely, you turn on the tap ... you hygenically clean your hands without them touching the soap bottle .... you turn off the tap - picking up any germs your hands left on it when you turned it on. What Mr Dettol needs to produce is a little antiseptic spray for the taps!
This makes things easier for kids & people with disabilities .... but doesn't leave your hands any cleaner than using an ordinary pump action dispenser.
But its a fun gadget ... & I'm a sucker for gadgets!0 -
This is not cheap for 4 batteries and a bit of soap, why are you all kidding yourselves.
You can get 4 AA batterys, (panasonic), for around 60p from car boot sales, and less than 50 for a tub of handwash. You have all fallen for the scare mongering marketing surrounding this product and are paying over the odds even at 2 quid. The opposite of what you know...is also true0 -
Finally found some today in T's near my work place!!! Bought 2 with my vouchers. So happy to finally find them!I hate twitches, but I LOVE glitches!!!0

This is excellent, I purchased 10 and sold 8 of the units on their own for £2.50 each at car boot fair thus really costing me nothing unless some one is going to be all smart arsey and do the sums for meIf You See Someone Without A Smile......Give Them One Of Yours0
