Did you check with Customer Services?
I had a similar incident a couple of weeks back, but when I took them to CS they put them through for me, no problem.

Sometimes, unfortnately, the SA's haven't a clue.

Not sure why this would be moneysaving at all when you can buy hand pumps of handwash for less than 50p! Probably aimed at hospitals really and the world has survived for this long without 'touch free' soap. Makes me smirk when i see the guillable buying into this crap..

Even more hillarous is this stuff sells for a tenner full price!! A tenner!! You would have to have more money than sense to pay that.

I think the soap and the 4 batteries for £1.99 is a good price IMHO

I think this is a great price. Yes there is cheaper soap available but this was £10 when it first came out. I have just brought 2 in separate transactions and the 2nd time round the SA was very chatty and said that another lady had brought some with a voucher and she refills hers, one with Shampoo, the other with conditioner for the shower. The batteries also come separate in a little box so if you did want to buy it just for the batteries and soap.....

Looked for one just now, but they only had airwick ones. Not even sure they stocked the dettol one, as I saw no empty space on the shelf for it.

The Dettol systems may be on the end of an aisle as it's on offer. Believe it or not even though the packaging is quite bulky, I find these easy to miss on the shelf.

Just a quick question...is the unit wall-mountable? I've got one already stuck to the wall and am considering swapping it with this...but wont have anywhere to put it except on the wall.

Definitely going to look for them on the ends of aisles tomorrow then. Was in a hurry this afternoon as LO was unhappy with the countless trips to T's all this week. Lol

I can see everyones point of it's cheap for the batteries and soap
HOWEVER.......
Whenever I hear about these touch free systems it makes me chuckle coz my 7 (!) year old niece made a VERY valid point..what difference does it make if you don't touch it coz your gonna wash your hands anyway? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
