I bought my Dettol dispenser from Savers they seem to vary between £4.99 and £5.99,I also buy my refills from there.
But I will refill with cheaper handwash from now on,although some people think they are just another useless gadget I being a little OCD with raw meat juice etc on my hands during cooking... find them fab!

Off topic: Hi SnowBelle, just a friendly note because this is a major pet peeve of mine...could you try to avoid saying "a little bit OCD"? I know it is not meant in a mean way, but it is so commonly used and is like saying "a bit autistic" or "a little manic depressive". Every human brain has obsessive-complusive aspects but OCD itself is a serious disease. Being tidy or worried about germs is not. The phrase is used so commonly these days and I think it is important that people understand the impact of the things they are saying. Sorry...i'm not attacking you. Lots of people say it and I have to pick up on it. :o:)

My OH calls me OCD for the reasons you state about being tidy etc and I try and correct him!
It's not nice to think someone actually suspects you of having something serious when they just don't properly understand what they are accusing you of (speaking about OH here). It really gets to me :(
