    Debt-free and Proud!
I'm running tight vnc on a t5700 series (800mhz crusoe, 256 flash, 256 ram, win XPe) and works spot on, except I've got the thin client set as a server too as there are times I need to login to it from work. You got rid of the built in HP sygate stuff?

the remote x11vnc process will shutdown automatically (or you can use the -forever option to have it wait for additional viewer connections.
    'tis nearly bedtime,
I'm still learning but haven't used "-forever", sounds promising for next time I get a chance to fiddle. :D

I'm running SliTaz from a 4GB cf card, the t5000 (1GHz Transmeta Crusoe TM5800, pimped to 512 ram) is running as the server, and I'm trying to connect from Win7 or XP.
    Move along, nothing to see.

Well yesterday I finally cracked it. :j

I set up an identical t5000 as a test machine, installed SliTaz, didn't bother with Tightvnc, went straight to x11vnc, and it worked perfectly, straight off.

So wiped the original t5000, reinstalled everything (10 mins) including Lighttpd and x11vnc.

    All working fine.

    Thanks DCM for the
    -forever

    that's sorted that niggle.
