nvidia 9800GT Graphics Card

I finally got a suitable lead to let me install my free 9800 GT graphics card which works OK in Windows 7.
I have 2 monitors and when the computer is booting there is no BIOS display or anything showing on one of the monitors till the computer boots into Windows 7 when it then displays the desktop.
Also on my main monitor, which is a 24 inch Samsung, the BIOS is about half the size and in the middle of the screen.
Is this a feature and I have to live with it, or is there any way to change the resolution of the BIOS screen?

I think every dual screen computer I've used, with xp vista and 7 always had one screen as black when loading. My current one at work is blank on the 2nd monitor anyway, until it reaches the win server 2008 logon screen
The bios small screen issue I've seen a couple of times, mainly on cheap crappy monitors which don't scale the resolution.
I'm guessing you're using a DVI->VGA adapter?
There might be an option in the monitor settings to scale resolution.0 -

It isn't a cheap crappy monitor, at least not to me, it is a Samsung SyncMaster 2494HM monitor. And it is a DVI connection to both monitors, the graphics card has 2 DVI outputs, not VGA.
It was OK when I had the old graphics card in my computer and I got the BIOS screen on both monitors.0 -

You need to change the options in the monitor to expand the display for lower resolutions. Monitor 1 should be connected to the lower most DVI connector when viewing the card stood on its end with the PCI-e edge connector at the bottom.0
