ebay probably.
Most things are available cheaply on there.

If you mean for voile/net then just get 8mm (ish) dowel and small square or round cup hooks from a DIY store. Screw a hook into the frame at each end and in the middle, and rest the dowel + voile on top.
If you've got uPVC then get sticky hooks instead of screw in. You can paint the dowel white if it shows through the voile.0 -
