Nectar point to Amazon Voucher problem

I ordered on the 23rd and I am still waiting. The last date I was given was the 5th and still no sign of the vouchers.
Each time I've e-mailed I've just been told they're sorting it. I'm not happy and don't know how to take it further.

Me too, used nearly all my Nectar points to order 2 x £10 Amazon vouchers on 30th January, but no sign of them.

Spent about half an hour on the phone to Amazon yesterday, but they said there was no sign of a notification from Nectar and as they are not affiliated with them anymore, I would have to contact Nectar direct about it.

Phoned Nectar today and after some hanging around was told that there had been some technical issues with Amazon vouchers and that they had now been re-sent and I should receive them within 3 days, so fingers crossed.

I was so mad, I would rather have kept the points and used them for another supplier if I had know there was going to be a problem:mad:
