Nectar point to Amazon Voucher problem

There seems to be problem with Nectar point exchange for Amazon voucher.
I have spent 2000 points in exchange for an Amazon £10 voucher but after few days it has not arrived as stated within 3 working days to my email account.
Contacted Nectar CS, their reply was
which seems a bit like a template to me to be honest. Most worrying is the fact "As soon as we have a resoultion on the timescale" god knows when. ....
Is it even possible for Nectar to reimburse those point I spend on the voucher back into my account ?

Thank you for your enquiry regarding the delay in your Amazon vouchers.
I’m sorry, but we’re experiencing technical issues for vouchers which were redeemed from 15 June onwards. Nectar is working closely with Amazon to identify the problem with the file transfer failing.
As soon as we have a resolution on the timescale for your vouchers to be sent we will contact you again.

I ordered a £20 gift certificate on 17th June and there is still no sign of it. When I phoned the Nectar Helpline they told me that vouchers had been delayed (due to a problem with the post, they said - which is odd since they are e-mailed
) but should be sent out by next Wednesday 29th June. Let's hope it's true... 0 -
i had a problem last week but i found i hadnt ordered them properly ,did you comfirm the transaction ? mine came within a few hours of ordering them the second time.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

The latest message from Nectar about my missing Amazon vouchers says this: "I'm sorry but due to a technical error between Nectar and Amazon, your vouchers will be sent by close of business via email on Monday 27 June.Thank you for your continued patience in this matter."
Maybe the same will apply to any others who have had a problem.0 -

I too just got exactly the same message from them, damn those email templates they use ....
lets wait until the end of business day on Monday 27 and see if they arrive or not:D0 -
Thanks - just seen this having just sent a message to Nectar about my missing vouchers ordered 20th June. Nice to know it's not just me. Fingers crossed we get them today!0

:jWell with reading this I ordered mine with trepidation on Friday afternoon thinking I have time etc so was pleasantly surprised to get vouchers by email this morning. Next working day!0

Redeemed 14,000 points over the weekend for £70 worth of vouchers, which I'm putting towards a lens. Someone screwed up and sent a £2.50 voucher instead of £10.
If you get into this situation don't waste your time using Nectar's online chat - you'll have to call them anyway. But good luck trying to explain things!
Fortunately they say they'll issue another voucher for the mistake, within 7 working days.0 -
I thought I would bump this up; and ask the question again.
Nectar says "Once ordered, your gift certificate will be emailed to you directly from Amazon within 3 working days"
There are 3 amazon shopping days left to christmas! Anyone know how long the voucher codes take this time of year.

I used my points last Thursday (31/1/13) as I remembered that from 1/2 I would not be able to get Amazon vouchers using Nectar points any longer.
After 3 days I logged onto Nectar to find that the transaction was 'closed' as the vouchers had been 'delivered' on 31/1. I contacted Nectar and got pretty much the standard letter that everyone quoted years ago, except they had changed the dates of course.
No idea how long I will have to wait, they say they are looking to have them re-sent a.s.a.p. How long did people have to wait before??0
