Ikea store card / ikano

Hi

Can anyone help please? Just got all statements and info from ikano who where the company used for my ikea store card back in 2004 however it's very complicated and set out very dif to all other statements received, any ideas where I would find the ppi info please ?

    Did they not send the copy of the agreement.

    I take it its an old settled account is it?

    If your certain you were sold PPI, and have your reasons for reclaiming, you can still continue to make a reclaim.
    You could though (if you want to be sure) contact the dept and ask them on details of the insurance, ask them what it covered you for, this way you will know if you were sold it or not.;)

    There's no agreement there in which in signed in store but has all the other stuff it's a wad of statements and it's in there online customer service computer format all words and symbols etc..
    I'm sure I opted for ppi as I have in the past but self employed so not necessary

    Just wondering if anyone had there statements and could point me in the right direction to make sense of all documents send
