Im applying to rent a house and will need a gurantor. I have someone who has agreed to do it and earns the correct money. However there self employed and have been for many years. Will this still be ok and also what documents does a gurantor need to supply.
Thanks

Is the prospective guarantor a home-owner? (this would help)
If he is self-employed then, as LL, I would want to see his accounts for the last three years proving his income.0 -
Plus of course he'll problobly be credit checked to ensure he has no CCJs or bankrupcy etc.
Does he fully understand the commitment he is making? It is a serious one.0
