Balance Transfer Advice Please - Which Will Work Out Cheaper

Hi There
I've taken the day off work to get finances sorted. I just need some advice if possible, I truly appreciate any responses.
If by any chance you see this post Martin, I thank you for all of your work, I've been on the site all day.
I have the option of transferring my debts to an existing credit card on a 0% rate for 6 months. The balance transfer will cost me £90. At the end of the 6 months I would transfer the money over to an existing Barclaycard for their fixed rate apr of 6.9% for the life of the balance. This would cost me £130.
Or I could go straight to the fixed rate now.
Which would you say is best? Would there be any risk that in 6 months time Barclaycard will have removed the offer of a fixed 6.9%?
Thank you so much for any help

I would go for the certainty of the life of transfer offered by Barclaycard now.
One transfer fee and certainty that when interest rates rise your debt will be on a very cheap rate.0 -
Thank you so much for the advice mate, so do you think that interests rates will go up and the good offers will come to an end?
I'm a Liverpool fan, looking forward to next season, I think we might have a chance of challenging you!0
