I am off back to shop tomorrow because the handle is bust. The box it came in was in a pallet however I noticed the box had no underneath. When I got home not only was the handle bust but several dints were on the outside fortunately at the rhs and at the rear where you wont see them. Do you think I can negotiate some discount as it is damaged and they wont rid end of stock.
I thought maybe £20-£30any advice.

I have an immaculate white gas hob available for fifty pounds
Bought it as part of a package with a fan oven, but our house is all electric, and we already have a halogen hob
PM me if you're interestedSorry it's in Curry's - perhaps a mod could edit the title for meThanks to all who post constructively.
Have an A1 day!0 -
Dammit, I tried to order that package (£299 for oven/gas hob/hood ) in january but it went out of stock. next time I checked it had gone up in price to £399
Ended up paying £250 for an Indesit oven and hob but without a new hood0 -
I never got a hood with it just a gas hob and electric fan assisted oven.

Just fitted the oven this afternoon dead easy just unplugegd the old one from the socket behind the oven and replaced it with the new one, although its slightly narrow than our last oven it needs some padding to make it fit snug.
Going to get the gas hob fitted by brother in law.
Now I need a stainless steel hood seen in in Comet on-line for £49.95 plus postage I assume it is £5.95 might try in store.
I checked over on-line electrical stores but can you believe that some like Empire charge nearly as much for delivery as the hood is. Hood £35ish and delivery the same.
