Damp-Proofers in Belfast

Hello
Has anyone had a damp-proof course installed in Belfast and could recommend someone who is reliable, honest and good value?
We are looking for someone to do some work for us but tradesman aren't getting back to us and others just aren't answering the phone! The one we had in mind has some pretty negative comments about him when we have investigated further.
Any word of mouth recommendations would be very gratefully received!
