Broken Typhoon Capsule Bin

Hello

the cable which pulls open the lid in our bin has snapped and I've removed it without noting exactly how it threaded through.

I'm ok up to the point just before the cable attaches to the lid. There's a pully type cog and I can't figure out how the cable should go around it. I've tried Google and Typhoon. Typhoon no longer exist as a company and no joy with Google. Any help would be brilliant
