There are a lot of sell your own house websites, including House Network, which many people have been happy with. You'll just have to phone all your agents and check out all the sell your house websites and see who does the closest to what you want at a price you're happy to pay.

For the online ones though - do a check to see how many others in your area are using them. If you're the only person within 100 miles advertising then it's likely to not give you many potential viewers.
