MWB Log - anything I should be worried about?

Options
Hi,

At the weekend I was struck down with Vista 2012 adaware. I used the thread on here to get rid of it (malawarebites, cc etc) and it seemed to be all fine.

Today I was checking my hotmail and MSE came up with a warning of win23/fakerean. It asked me to delete it and I did so, but within the same ten minutes this came up four times. I did a full MSE scan and it found another one. I then ran a Malaware full scan (quick didn't pick anything up). I wondered if someone in the know could have a look at the log - should I be upgrading to IE9 for example?

Thank you in advance

I'm no techie, but it might be useful if you can post the other MWB logs that show the infections.

Any posts are my opinion and only that. Please read at your own risk.

The log has no infections... but 213812 objects on a vista system with two hard drives isn't that many.... do you have Microsoft Security Essentials installed (MS free antiirus/malware software) i've always found it very good.

I would upgrade to IE9 in any case if for no other reason than the JScript engine is 10 times faster than IE8 :-)
