What a waste of time... and to think these people are supposed to be working on our behalves to regulate the banks

The letter seems quite clear and correct. You seem to misunderstand the role of the FSA.

Sorry I said complaint when I should have said I asked for advice on who to complain to with regard to NOT dealing with complaints. More to do with the way they conduct their business.

It would seem that I did misunderstand their role but I'm a mere pleb not a financial advisor.

Are saying you were wrong to to call the FSA toothless? If so go back and edit your post/title?

Whoa hold on there you can change the title....edit, go advanced...etc. Nothing to to do with freedom of speech...you were mistaken I thought?

You didnt ask advice on who to complain to. You said their response was a waste of time and called them toothless. The reality is that you were asking them to do something that is not within their remit and they referred you to the complaint process and the FOS.

With all due respect you did not see my initial email to the FSA so do not presume to know its contents. What gives you the right to talk to anyone like they are something you just stood in???? As you are so free with your advice.... here's mine.... get some advice on anger management!

You are right. We rely on what you post here and the response reflected that.

I'm not the one calling people toothless, then deleting your posts and then making weird comments. I have not been angry at all when posting to this thread. Indeed, I have found it quite funny. I suggest you follow your own advice.
