Paypal - Removing Linked Bank Account

Hi everyone, I have a bank account linked to paypal (confirmed) but I want to remove it. It says I cannot remove it while there are authorisations still pending, thing is I haven't sent a payment in over 7 days and there are no funds going from paypal inot my bank account. Why do you think it wont let me remove it?

I'm afraid I don't have any advice, but I have the same issue. I have my bank acc and debit card linked, as well as a credit card and wanted to remove the credit card to remove temptation!
