A-to-z Guarantee Claim against Amazon.co.uk order

I got an email from Amazon with the thread title in the header.

This was the first I'd heard about the claim. Here's the content of the email:

Dear Seller,

We have finished our investigation of the A-to-z Guarantee claim:

Order: 202-4506659-6935534
Claim filed on: 13. June 2011

Item: TomTom ONE Classic Limited Edition Satellite Navigation System - United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland (V3)
Quantity: 1

The buyer's claim was granted. Our investigations team concluded that you are responsible for this claim and your account was debited to reimburse the buyer.

Basically I sold a TomTom without the SD card but I made it clear in the comments that this was the case. I'm surprised I didn't have a chance to come back/present my case. Is there anything I can do about this or is it not worth pursuing?

A-Z claims usually take ages and sellers have a full right of response. Look through your Amazon messages, there should be something in there or maybe in the seller centre thing that has been overlooked.
