PPI and redcats (la redoute)

For months now i have been given the run around by Shop Direct about an old PPI claim that i had with Empire Stores back in the late 90's. Today i had a phone call from someone working for their Customer Excellence Department telling me that i need to contact Redcats as my old account with Empire Stores belongs to them! Dear God i am getting fed up of the runaround.
Any suggestions about who to contact at Redcats?0 -
