Hi
The title says it all really.
I have my settings showing that I'll post to the EU and Finland appears in that list.
But the buyer says it won't let her bid? So I'm a bit flummoxed now :undecided
Any ideas anyone?

Have you had a look on your buyer requirements activity log? Maybe the buyer doesn't meet another requirement. If they show up on there as buyer in country you don't ship to you can exempt them in the tick box.
Their id may not show but the FB score will.0 -
You can add to accept a bidder even though they are blocked. Just cant find the link at the moment. I'll keep looking.'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'

Thank you both for answering so quickly.
It looks as though I may need to include 'worldwide' to enable them to bid. As it appears that Finland comes under the 'ebay international market'. I'll try that and see what happens.
That link would also be helpful Oliver14 for future reference.0 -

Hi
If you go onto my ebay, my account, preferences and then buyer requirements, then click on buyer requirements activity log, this shows a list of people that have been trying to bid on your items that have been blocked. So it will excempt them. Just unclick the buyer and then they can bid.0 -
Thanks skuts and hermum.
Have done what you both suggested and will now have to wait and see if it works.
ETA - All sorted. Buyer has bought!!! :j0
