    I found jars of baconaise in TK Maxx the other day. I think your bacon jam could possibly be even better though!

    Sorry to revive an old thread but wanted to ask if anyone still makes this?

    If so, how long does it keep? Does it need to be in the fridge?

    Also, can you taste the coffee in it? I'm thinking of leaving it out as not many people like coffee here.

    I would leave the coffee in, it will really help with the overall flavour, half it if you are worried though.

    Yes, I would keep in the fridge once 'opened' and I imagine shelf life would be fairly short due to how good it is likely to taste.
