I saw this on the Food Network the other day & googled it.It looks scrummy & moorish too!
This would be a brilliant home made gift or a change to chutneys ect.If you use a pack of the Bacon Offcuts from Lidl,I'd say you could make this for around three to five quid..

My Kenwood Chef manual has a recipe for bacon and cheese jelly. I'm shattered now (1:06am) so I'll post the recipe when I have half a brain to do it. Apparently the jelly is very good with salads.0
